Tool and Die Services
ACI Industries specializes in our total Tool & Die service and capability. We have over 75 years of combined tool and die manufacturing and design experience and excel in not only product quality but in timely deliveries and great service at a great price.
We have a wide range of programs to offer compatibility with almost any software for machining and design purposes. We use Solid Works for Solid Modeling and AutoCAD for drafting, simple design, CNC machine programming and Wire EDM programming. All programs are IGES and DXF compatible to increase the capability to work with files on other programs.
We have flexible fixtures to handle standard to very complex parts, and our in-house tool room can build custom fixtures for non-conventional parts or set-up multiple parts for production Wire EDM.
Our Wire EDM department can produce parts with precision and economy. Our state of the art Wire EDM capability combined with our multiple CAD capabilities (AutoCAD, Solid Works, Bob Cad,) allow us to produce parts and tooling to the most exact specifications. We can wire cut prototypes to ensure your designs will function properly prior to cutting production dies. Blank development is easy when combined with Wire EDM prototype blanks.
